It's cheaper to keep them where they are. It's better for them, it's more convenient for their customers. It's better all around.

A four-way intersection is better than two T-intersections. It keeps the traffic moving.

The sidewalk requests come from many places ---- community members, the Planning Group, our own field operations staff that notice where sidewalks might be needed. So every year, we apply for funds to construct as many sidewalks as we can.

We all have to wait. We're in a similar situation.

We're at least two years away from starting construction.
